The shared aide will be working with students with disabilities who may have behavioral needs.  Redirection and focusing students will be part of the daily duties.  In addition, the individual will be trained in Handle with Care.  The selected employee will learn strategies to deescalate student behavior and if necessary, provide approved physical intervention.

This position is filling an existing position where the individual moved to a position at the High School.
